And if you find that the time does not work for you, please take a few moments at some other time of the day on Friday, December 21 to add your energies in meditation anyway. The window of opportunity is larger than the time we are setting to have the most people able to gather together.
And your energies matter a great deal! Trust that and join with us.
Once you are clear about the time, either go through this simple ceremony yourself or gather people together in groups. After all, this is a time that will be all about group or unity consciousness.
Gather whoever will participate about 30 minutes prior to the "official hour" if possible, so that you have time to settle and connect energetically.
We suggest that you announce that early time, so that all people are in place for the reading of the Communion of Souls at the top of the hour. For millions of people to be saying the same words together with a similar focus creates a powerful resonance!
We also suggest that you have people prepare their own vision for a world of unity, where people trust sharing their lives to serve the good of the whole in world service PRIOR to the actual day... This way people come with a resonance and focus of sacredness and deeper awareness that all of our lives matter. The deeper truth is that we truly need one another.
If you choose, share your visions with one another at some point in the process of this meditation... to build the sacredness of the moment prior to the reading of the Communion of Souls.
Once you are in place and ready to connect, we suggest some version of the following:
1. Have the group stand in a circle. Once in place, move around that circle in a clockwise direction. You can even choose to start in a large circle and spiral that into a tighter circle as you move around 3 times. Then ask for energies of highest light to work with you as you begin this ritual of healing and transformation.
2. Then close your eyes and breathe deeply in the nose and out of the mouth.
Then imagine gold energy building in the lower torso, building into a gold ball like the sun.
3. Then imagine that gold light rising out of the subconscious and up into the heart chakra... where it begins to radiate and fill your whole body and then radiates energy all around you.
Then imagine a gold ball of light in the forehead (3rd eye chakra), representing the higher will and Soul Plan for each individual building... and then moving down to join with the energy in the heart.
4. If you are in a group, then imagine each person sending a beam of that heart energy to the person on their right, while opening to receive the energy being sent from the left.
5. Now imagine the planet in the center of the group. And have everyone send their heart energy and the intentions of their vision to our planet. Just imagine it penetrating and adding to the resonance of this time of healing and transformation.
6. Finally, imagine the planet moving into alignment with the center of the Milky Way. And imagine the higher energies of this vortex flooding down to the planet and each one of you as you stand willing to ground and allow the energies to bathe and connect to you in the physical.
7. Once all these energies are in place, imagine joining with us in Machu Picchu, Peru... the heart chakra of the planet. And then hold this healing space for any remaining time prior to the appointed hour to read together. This gives you time to slow down and be still, which is when the most energy is allowed to move and be integrated...
8. At the TOP OF THE HOUR, then all read aloud together the following Communion of Souls Invocation (written BELOW)... aware of the reality that you are joining with millions of other people around the world at this very moment who are reading the same words, and holding the same intention!
READ ALOUD at your appointed hour from the Time Zone table. (or any time during the day if that does not work out for you)
9. And after a moment of silence, move the whole circle in a counter-clockwise direction, which releases the energy that you have built out into the world... so that all benefit from one another and the energy of love that we have each brought to this profound, unprecedented time in our planetary evolution.
And KNOW that you are sacred and have begun to take your place in world service, simply by showing up and being authentically YOU.

COMMUNION OF SOULS INVOCATION
We are a Communion of Souls.
For we are each a soul, a mind, a consciousness, a body of glowing incandescent
Light. We are both male and female, whole and complete within ourselves, yet joined
in the most deeply intimate communion with every other soul in the Cosmos.
The
One Soul is perfect and we play a part in that ongoing process of perfection.
The One Soul appeared to become the many and is now becoming the One again, just
as we are becoming at one again.
We
are just where we need to be. We have just what we need to have to take the next
step on our Path. And life is constantly providing us with opportunities along
the Way.
There
is only what there is, beyond good and bad. Bad is simply our name for those experiences
whose part in our growth we are not yet able to understand or accept. It is all
part of a perfectly unfolding Plan and we are partners in that unfolding. Here
and now we commit to celebrating our Paths of unfolding love.
Just
as there is the One Soul, so there is the one sound. The Song of Songs, the Sound
of the Soul is "Aum."("A-U-M" - chanted three times)
May
we all know the Love that passeth all understanding.
And
