General comments:
I
have a variety of interests ranging from natural health, astronomy/astrology,
to writing children's books, based on life truths and simple
understanding of how love works in this world of conflict.
I have one published, one on its way to the publisher and
two in progress. We will have worldwide distribution.
I
believe that children always hold the keys to truth, and wish
to encourage their goodness, and remind adults as well about
simple lessons on love and operating in our physical world
out of the heart.
I
have 2 cats and a Hamster, which have become characters in
my books, and adore all animals big and small. I am blessed
with a tremendously large extended family.
My
mainstay for earning a living is being a Real Estate Broker
and specializing in hard to sell properties. I enjoy the area
in which I reside, and will most likely finish my life in
Wisconsin…(although I do travel inside and outside the US)…My
life has been blessed with many people, places, opportunities,
and creative ideas !!!!

How long have you been on a consciousness journey?
I
have an early conscious memory at about age 12 or 13, when
I realized that my thinking was not in tune with those around
me in my life, except perhaps for my Grandfather…I was dubbed
as being mostly "fearless" throughout my childhood.
"Fear"
did not seem to fit as a label to my personality qualities.
Many times I witnessed people responding to something new
with "fear" and I seemed to have no understanding of their
reactions, when it came to change, trying something new, world
happenings. My feeling was that it was "all" supposed to be
that way, and did not understand them questioning things.
I
had an innate sense of faith in the world around me, that
I never questioned, and when I finally did in my 20's, I merely
gave quantifying names to the feelings I internally already
understood.

What caused your primary awakening?
It
was about this time that my Grandfather often sat with me
when I visited, and talked to me about things that most of
society considered taboo subjects in the 1960's. He had great
vision, and I was able to formulate much of my thinking into
a more concrete form with his input.
His
circle of friends included a well known gentleman, by the
name of Mark Prophet. He also led me to the Rosicrucian Fellowship
out of California, which then began to open up, an incredible
amount of information to my 12 year old brain...
By
the age of 27, a lovely minister of a Unity church in Florida,
gave my thinking another tremendous burst, with her insights
and knowledge. I would say as an adult this was the primary
awakening time. I experienced a culmination of my thoughts
and purpose. I often found ecstatic moments when she taught
me to meditate, which I was able to recall and reproduce when
I chose to..
5.
Are there many people in your area, city, country who share
and support a similar interest? Please share about the general
climate concerning metaphysics or free-thinking spirituality.
We
have a small group of like minded people in our area, several
of them have become friends and we contemplate and expand
on our thinking/healing and understanding of the changes we
are each experiencing. I am thankful for them.
Most
of us are from other areas of the country and have ended up
in this mid-size Wisconsin town. The general population is
still mostly skeptical, but I see growth and changes each
year.

Favorite books:
Gary
Zukov's "Seat of the Soul", I found to be excellent at bridging
human weakness to higher thinking.
"Time
is an Illusion" is another, I enjoyed many years ago.
8.
What are your favorite parts of the online experience at Children
of Light - and how has the site helped you specifically?
The
monthly forecasts are my favorite part, but my biggest reason
for belonging is to connect to others around the world.
9.
Are there things that you feel you need that might be met
or enhanced by other Children of Light members?
Nothing
comes to mind right now about what I need, but I would feel
comfortable extending myself to others, if the situation arises.
